Joe Biden’s Plan to Turn Over U.S. Health Sovereignty to the World Health Organization

Medical professionals, researchers, and conservative media are urging Americans to beware Joe Biden’s plan to turn over the health sovereignty of the United States to the World Health Organization (WHO).

“This is one of those things that sounds like science fiction,” virologist Dr. Robert Malone told Steve Bannon at War Room. “It’s hard to believe that the president of the United States and his administration are intentionally undermining the Constitution, but that’s what it is, as far as I’m concerned.”

Malone, the inventor of the mRNA technology used in making the COVID vaccines, but an outspoken critic of the vaccines themselves, is a medical professional who has consistently rebuked world policymakers for their outrageous actions in response to the coronavirus pandemic, including mandating citizens to take COVID vaccines, to wear face masks, and to be subjected to school closures and overall lockdowns.

“This constitutes a breach of his oath of office to defend the Constitution,” Malone said of Biden. “As far as I am concerned, this is an impeachable offense.”

Malone explained how Biden has proposed amendments to the WHO’s International Health Regulations that are scheduled to be voted upon May 22-28 at the World Health Assembly, months before the 2022 midterm elections:

There has been a direct attempt with a letter on January 18, with no public awareness from the United States, to the World Health Organization, proposing a series of rule changes. In parallel, there [were] actions in Congress that will essentially allow the president to sign a treaty without congressional authorization. Furthermore, in parallel, there was action taken in in the World Health Organization to breach their normal period of review and approval for countries from an 18-month period to a six-month period. What this means is that this will get rammed through … the American political system and the World Health Organization before the November midterm elections.

The letter containing the proposed amendments states:

[T]he United States of America is proposing amendments to the IHR [International Health Regulations] (2005). The Mission, by means of this note … respectfully requests the Director-General of the WHO to communicate the text of the attached proposed IHR amendments to all States Parties at least four months before the Seventy-fifth World Health Assembly. We are also transmitting via this note a letter to WHO director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus from the assistant Secretary for Global Affairs of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Loyce Pace, reiterating the critical importance of strengthening the IHR (2005) along with other efforts to strengthen the ability of the WHO and Member States to prevent, detect, and respond to future public health emergencies of international concern.

According to the document containing Biden’s proposed amendments, the WHO will “develop early warning criteria for assessing and progressively updating the national, regional, or global risk posed by an event of unknown causes or sources and shall convey this risk assessment to States Parties.”

Dr. Naomi Wolf, CEO at the Daily Clout, connected the dots at War Room with Steve Bannon about how Biden’s actions, if not blocked, will hand over America’s sovereign power to the WHO’s Tedros, who can then, at any time, declare a public health emergency in the United States and force Americans into compliance in many different ways.

“This is a time of extraordinary danger,” Wolf alerted Americans.

“I cannot believe this is circumstance,” Malone asserted in his exchange with Bannon. “This is intentional. They are not only trying to bypass the Constitution and undermine it through this tortured logic, that public health should take preeminence over the American Constitution.”

“[T]hey put a series of hooks and political plays in place that will allow them to do this without normal review processes, either by the nation states in the World Health Organization, or by our own Congress,” Malone added. “It’s shocking.”

Psychiatrist Dr. Peter Breggin, author of COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We Are the Prey, also explained to Bannon on War Room the extreme radical nature of the amendments proposed by Biden via his HHS:

What’s happened is the amendments which were actually created in HHS, by our government, remove all restraints from Tedros. They take away the restraints on his declaring a health emergency in a country. He can now declare a health emergency in a country without consent, if the amendments pass on May 22 through May 28. He can declare a health emergency in a country without consulting with the country, without getting any information from the country. And if the country resists, he can go ahead and within 24 to 48 hours, he can begin to mobilize all the resources of the UN against the country which is resistant to saying that it has a health emergency that might, might, influence other nations.

Breggin emphasized the expansive powers of the United States government Biden is surrendering to the WHO Director-General.

“[I]t is a wide open power that he has,” Breggin continued. “There’s no definition of health emergencies. It’s strictly up to him it is very clear in these amendments. He just decides his priorities on how to declare a health emergency. It can even be only a possible or potential health emergency, and unspecified.”

“So, they’re making him a dictator over declarations of health emergencies, and then he can mobilize many, many different organizations, within the UN, the UN itself can take actions,” he added. “And the World Bank is a part of the UN, related to the UN. So, is the IMF [International Monetary Fund]. They could put pressures on the country financially in that manner.”

“So, this is a treasonous set of amendments,” Breggin asserted. “It is part of the Joe Biden, ‘Let’s level America,’ so we are absolutely not exceptional, so that we are like another one of the countries of the world, a third world country. It’s extremely destructive. It is totally against everything we stand for in the United States.”

Best-selling author John Leake, who co-authored The Courage to Face COVID-19: Preventing Hospitalization and Death While Battling the Bio-Pharmaceutical Complex with internationally known cardiologist and champion of early treatment Dr. Peter McCullough, explained to Newsmax’s Grant Stinchfield Friday he learned from the research the two conducted for their new book that the suspected “real aspiration here is global governments by means of health policy and pandemic response.”

“So, that’s exactly what these documents and these amendments are solidifying,” Leake said.

The call to action comes as more than 17,000 physicians and medical scientists have joined in a “declaration” that demands accountability for the “corrupt alliance” of the pharmaceutical and technology industry giants, and those in media, academia, and government health agencies that “orchestrated” a “catastrophe” during the pandemic.

The doctors say these entities committed “crimes against humanity” by gleaning huge profits from ineffective COVID vaccines pushed “at the expense of the innocent, who are forced to suffer health damage and death caused by intentionally withholding critical and time-sensitive treatments, or as a result of coerced genetic therapy injections, which are neither safe nor effective.”

“The medical community has denied patients the fundamental human right to provide true informed consent for the experimental COVID-19 injections,” the doctors assert, noting the book COVID-19: The Great Reset, in which “leadership of this alliance has clearly stated their intention is to leverage COVID-19 as an ‘opportunity’ to reset our entire global society, culture, political structures, and economy.”
